- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities and capital allocation
- Automate reporting workflows using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations
