Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and capital allocation.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the BI team to design and automate advanced dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct deep-dive ROI analysis on potential mergers, acquisitions, and new market entries.
- Prepare high-level financial presentations for board meetings and investor relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query) and ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP.
- Proven track record of building scalable financial models from scratch.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level summaries.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
