Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and annual budgeting processes.
- Perform variance analysis to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Prepare high-impact financial presentations for executive leadership and board members.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast departmental expenses and manage capital expenditure budgets.
- Drive the development of dashboards and reporting tools to streamline financial performance tracking.
- Execute ad-hoc analysis to support M&A activities and potential investment opportunities.
- Continuously improve financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP accounting principles.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level narratives.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA is highly preferred.
