Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors for seamless compliance
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced ERP systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ in senior roles
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with multinational corporations and multi-currency transactions
