Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate journal entries and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors for seamless compliance
- Optimize financial systems and implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany transactions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
