Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Sales, to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, Macros, and complex functions.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
