Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal audits, and regulatory requirements
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow forecasting
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Coordinate external audits and manage tax filings
- Mentor junior accountants and provide financial insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with multinational accounting operations a plus
