Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with reconciliation accuracy
- Develop and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting and budgeting
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel modeling
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards
- Proven experience with SOX 404 audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
