Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Develop robust financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business unit performance.
- Drive the preparation of executive-level presentations and Board of Directors reporting.
- Implement advanced variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost structures.
- Mentor and lead a team of financial analysts to ensure high-quality, accurate outputs.
- Automate reporting workflows to improve data accuracy and cycle time for month-end close.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA designation highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and complex financial statement analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on data visualization.
- Proven track record of managing complex financial systems and cross-departmental projects.
