- Forge strategic partnerships with agri-tech startups and food science institutes
- Oversee digital transformation of customer experience via AI-driven personalization
- Manage multi-million dollar innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive F&B leadership with R&D focus
- Advanced degree in Food Science/Culinary Arts or MBA with F&B specialization
- Proven track record launching 5+ successful menu innovations
- Expertise in supply chain optimization and sustainable sourcing
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin with cross-cultural negotiation skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and data analytics tools
