We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Administrator to join our dynamic leadership team at Apex Strategic Solutions. Responsibilities
- Manage and synchronize complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and internal appointments with precision.
- Coordinate and oversee high-profile events, corporate meetings, and off-site executive retreats, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Prepare, review, and distribute high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries with a focus on accuracy and tone.
- Act as the primary point of communication for internal departments and external clients, filtering information and escalating critical issues promptly.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence across the organization.
- Oversee the administration of office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility management to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive administration or office management within a corporate setting.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and edit executive-level documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
