Apex Corporate Solutions is seeking a highly polished, proactive, and analytical Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our C-suite executive team in our downtown Chicago headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex, shifting calendars and scheduling requirements for multiple C-suite executives.
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and expense reconciliation.
- Draft, review, and polish high-level corporate communications, presentations, and quarterly board reports.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between executive leadership, internal department heads, and key external stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and execute high-impact corporate events, board meetings, and leadership summits.
- Oversee office administrative workflows and mentor junior administrative staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives within a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills characterized by professional poise and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and pivot quickly in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential business information with the utmost integrity.
