Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, international travel arrangements, and high-stakes meeting logistics
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain secure digital/physical filing systems
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes with financial precision

Qualifications
