Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex, rapidly changing calendars for multiple C-suite executives, ensuring strategic prioritization of engagements.
- Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel itineraries, including lodging, transportation, visas, and detailed meeting agendas.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize high-level corporate communications, presentations, and monthly board reports.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and high-value external clients.
- Organize and execute major corporate events, board meetings, and team-building summits with meticulous attention to detail.
- Oversee departmental expense reporting, invoice processing, and administrative budget tracking utilizing automated systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level partners in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Proven track record of maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality with sensitive organizational data.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
- Outstanding organization, time management, and proactive, forward-thinking problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
