Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process invoices, handle payroll, and manage office expenses using accounting software.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and visitors, maintaining a professional and organized reception area.
- Organize company events, team building activities, and coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
