Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and executive summaries to a high standard.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda setting, venue booking, and minute-taking.
- Manage office operations, including vendor relations, office supplies, and facility management.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Process invoices and manage expense reports efficiently using accounting software.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior administrative or executive support role within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and polished tone.
