Responsibilities
- Synchronize and manage intricate executive calendars, prioritizing critical engagements and resolving scheduling conflicts with agility.
- Orchestrate comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and visa documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison and gatekeeper, facilitating seamless communication between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Produce high-level corporate correspondence, presentation decks, and briefings with a focus on professional brand standards.
- Coordinate board meetings and leadership retreats, including agenda development, venue logistics, and official minute-taking.
- Manage executive expense reporting and departmental budget tracking with rigorous attention to detail.
- Execute special projects and research initiatives as directed by the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level executives in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Mastery of Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern project management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a refined executive presence.
