Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of events, from initial concept and strategic planning to final on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Manage multi-million pound budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with a diverse network of vendors, including caterers, AV specialists, and venue managers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on brand messaging and objectives.
- Oversee detailed logistics, including travel arrangements, venue bookings, and staffing requirements.
- Identify emerging trends in the events industry to continuously innovate our offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in events management within the luxury or corporate sector.
- Proven experience managing budgets of £50k+ and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished professional demeanor.
- Availability for domestic and international travel as required by the business.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar).
