Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of diverse events, including corporate conferences, product launches, gala dinners, and luxury experiences.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all events are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the event lifecycle.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues, optimizing quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor, motivate, and manage a team of event coordinators and assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop innovative event concepts and solutions that align with client objectives and enhance the Lumina Events Group brand.
- Conduct thorough post-event analysis, preparing comprehensive reports on success metrics, ROI, and areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Lumina Events Group remains at the forefront of event innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex events.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing project teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in event management software and CRM platforms.
- Expertise in budget development, financial management, and vendor negotiation.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- A creative mindset with a strong ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Portfolio showcasing successful event projects and client testimonials is highly desirable.
