Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the end-to-end lifecycle of high-profile corporate conferences and luxury brand launches.
- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management for premium venues and suppliers globally.
- Meticulously manage event budgets ranging from £250,000 to £1M+, ensuring optimal ROI and fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to design immersive event environments and digital experiences.
- Oversee on-site production teams, ensuring every detail aligns with our rigorous quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive post-event analytics reports to measure engagement metrics and project success.
- Implement sustainability best practices across all event production stages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in event management, preferably within an agency or luxury brand.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale international events with over 500 attendees.
- Advanced proficiency in event technology stacks such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Hopin.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel internationally for site visits and event execution.
- A proactive problem-solver with a calm demeanor under high-pressure execution environments.
