Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for large-scale international conferences and corporate galas.
- Manage multi-million pound budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and high ROI for stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with premium vendors, venues, and global talent agencies.
- Oversee on-site production teams to ensure seamless event delivery and immediate problem-solving.
- Develop innovative event concepts that leverage the latest in AV technology and experiential design.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive attendee registration and post-event engagement strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations across all jurisdictions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field; CMP or CSEP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in large-scale event production or agency-side management.
- Proven expertise in managing hybrid and virtual event platforms (e.g., Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo).
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to secure competitive vendor contracts.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by project demands.
