Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale corporate events, conferences, and experiential activations.
- Develop and manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
- Source, negotiate with, and secure premium vendors, venues, and third-party suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to align event strategies with brand objectives.
- Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting issues in real-time to ensure seamless delivery.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and generate detailed performance reports for key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in events management, specifically within the corporate or luxury sector.
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic design.
- Strong financial acumen, with a track record of drafting and managing large-scale budgets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with high-profile clients and vendors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
