Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale corporate and experiential events.
- Manage full-cycle project budgets, ensuring profitability and resource optimization.
- Curate and manage relationships with high-end vendors, venues, and creative partners.
- Oversee on-site production teams to ensure flawless delivery of client objectives.
- Develop innovative event concepts that align with client brand identity and marketing goals.
- Mitigate risks through proactive contingency planning and real-time problem-solving.
- Analyze event performance metrics to report on ROI and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end event production or agency-side management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and deep knowledge of NYC event venues and talent.
- Expertise in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo) and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as project scope dictates.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff and manage cross-functional teams.
