Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis for large-scale corporate summits and product launches.
- Manage comprehensive event budgets exceeding $500k, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximum ROI for clients.
- Direct cross-functional teams including creative designers, AV technicians, and external logistics vendors.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with premium vendors and high-profile venue stakeholders.
- Implement data-driven strategies to increase attendee engagement and brand reach at every touchpoint.
- Oversee on-site production, ensuring flawless execution of complex event schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end corporate event management or experiential agency environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-budget, multi-day programs with 500+ attendees.
- Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in platforms like Cvent, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong negotiation capabilities with proven success in vendor management and cost-containment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on client-facing advisory and interpersonal excellence.
