- End-to-end management of 15+ high-profile events annually (£500k+ budgets)
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand storytelling
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and suppliers
- Implement risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Post-event analysis and ROI reporting for C-suite executives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with £300k+ budgets
- Proven success executing international conferences and brand activations
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and event tech platforms (Cvent)
- Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English with additional languages advantageous
