Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand-aligned graphic designs for digital campaigns, product packaging, and print collateral
- Lead creative direction for client projects, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience through thoughtful visual hierarchy
- Manage design assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Present concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience with brand identity development and campaign design
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D design a plus
