Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute 15+ premium events annually across EMEA and APAC regions
- Manage £500K+ budgets with meticulous vendor negotiations and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams including AV, production, and digital specialists
- Develop innovative event tech solutions (VR activations, live polling platforms)
- Forge and nurture C-level partnerships with luxury venues and suppliers
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and client satisfaction reporting
- Mentor junior staff through agile project management frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with £1M+ budget experience
- Proven track record executing 50+ events across 3+ countries
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Microsoft Project
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional crisis management skills with live event contingency plans
- Fluency in English and at least one European language
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex multi-day international events
