Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end event experiences for 50+ annual client events
- Manage $500K+ budgets, negotiating contracts with 100+ vendors and venues
- Lead teams of 10-15 staff and contractors across planning, production, and execution phases
- Develop innovative event technology solutions including AR/VR activations and hybrid event platforms
- Conduct post-event analysis, producing ROI reports and client satisfaction metrics
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with top-tier venues, suppliers, and industry influencers
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and accessibility standards across all events
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive events management experience with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record executing 50+ large-scale corporate or luxury events
- Expertise in hybrid event production and digital engagement platforms
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and vendor negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in event software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri) and CRM systems
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and flawless execution
