Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ high-profile annual events (500-5,000 attendees)
- Develop and execute event strategies aligned with client brand objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical staff
- Manage budgets exceeding $1M with meticulous financial oversight
- Implement cutting-edge event technology and sustainability practices
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate/luxury event management with proven portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
