Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social media channels
- Lead content creation initiatives including blog posts, whitepapers, and video campaigns
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Manage PPC campaigns with $500K+ annual ad spend across Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Optimize conversion funnels and A/B test landing pages for maximum lead generation
- Oversee email automation workflows and nurture campaigns with 95%+ deliverability rates
- Coordinate with design teams to produce visually compelling digital assets
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with proven ROI
- Advanced certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or HubSpot
- Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and technical SEO implementation
- Experience managing B2B SaaS or technology sector campaigns
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate metrics into strategy
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot)
