Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production Management: Oversee the entire video production lifecycle, from concept development and scriptwriting to final delivery.
- Post-Production Expertise: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with directors, cinematographers, and sound engineers to align the final product with the creative brief.
- Project Budgeting: Manage project budgets effectively, tracking costs to ensure profitability without compromising creative quality.
- Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling visual narratives that enhance brand messaging and engage target audiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial or documentary work.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
