Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from conception to post-event analysis
- Stakeholder coordination with C-suite executives, vendors, and international partners
- Budget oversight (£500k+ events) and contract negotiations
- Crisis management and on-site troubleshooting for high-profile gatherings
- Team leadership of 5+ event coordinators and freelancers
- Technology integration (VR/AR, event platforms) for immersive experiences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate/luxury events with £1M+ budget experience
- Proven track record of 50+ successful international events
- Advanced certifications in Event Management (CSEP, CMP)
- Fluency in English and additional European language preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, logistics, and supplier management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven event optimization
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
