Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of PR specialists, content creators, and social media managers.
- Manage executive communications, including speechwriting, thought leadership positioning, and media training for C-suite leaders.
- Nurture and expand relationships with top-tier national and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of the annual brand impact report and quarterly stakeholder updates.
- Direct crisis management protocols and serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization during critical events.
- Analyze multi-channel campaign performance metrics to optimize brand reach and engagement ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or a top-tier PR agency.
- Proven expertise in managing integrated marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of published thought leadership content.
- Strong existing network of media contacts across business, lifestyle, and trade publications.
- Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and high-stakes reputation management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business goals into compelling narratives.
