  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and SEO to drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize a significant monthly media budget to meet and exceed ambitious CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across landing pages and marketing funnels through rigorous A/B testing.
  • Partner with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages tailored to distinct audience segments.
  • Analyze campaign performance data weekly and translate complex metrics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Implement and oversee advanced marketing attribution models and tracking configurations (GA4, GTM, pixel management) to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing quarterly ad budgets exceeding $100k while maintaining positive ROI and lowering CAC.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and advanced web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel).
  • Strong analytical mindset with professional proficiency in Excel, SQL, or visualization tools like Tableau/Looker Studio.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and search engine algorithms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
