Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of 15+ annual events ($500K+ budgets)
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues, vendors, and talent agencies
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and coordinators
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency protocols
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize future initiatives
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in high-end event production
- Proven success managing complex corporate and social events (min. $300K budget)
- Expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and budget forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in event technology (Cvent, Aventri, EventPro)
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
