Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and production of high-end video content, including commercials, social media teasers, and corporate documentaries.
- Manage the full production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-set direction.
- Collaborate closely with directors, editors, sound designers, and graphic artists to ensure a cohesive final product.
- Maintain a high standard of visual quality through rigorous color grading and post-production workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in video technology and visual effects to keep our content cutting-edge.
- Mentor junior producers and interns, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in video production, preferably within a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (After Effects).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability, technical proficiency, and an understanding of pacing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-location shoots.
