Responsibilities
- End-to-end lifecycle management of high-profile events (50-5000 attendees)
- Strategic client consultation and stakeholder relationship cultivation
- Budget oversight and financial reporting for 15+ concurrent projects
- Vendor negotiation and management of 50+ partner relationships
- Crisis management protocol development and execution
- Team leadership and mentorship of 8 direct reports
- Integration of digital engagement tools and hybrid event platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years progressive events management experience
- Proven track record with luxury brand or corporate events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Aventri)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
