Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute premium corporate events (500+ attendees) with $500K+ budgets
- Manage cross-functional teams including AV, logistics, and creative vendors
- Develop innovative event tech solutions (AR/VR, live streaming)
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure flawless on-site execution
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize future strategies
- Lead sustainability initiatives for zero-waste event production
- Maintain relationships with 50+ key venue and supplier partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in luxury events management with APAC experience
- Proven track record executing C-suite level corporate events
- Advanced certification in Event Management (CSEP or CMP)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages preferred)
- Expertise in budget forecasting for $500K+ projects
- Proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong crisis management experience with live events
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ premium brand experiences
