Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex events, including corporate conferences, product launches, and gala dinners.
- Manage and control event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure the best rates and terms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design immersive event concepts and detailed run-of-shows.
- Supervise on-site operations, ensuring safety protocols and logistical requirements are met flawlessly.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
- Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate success metrics and implement improvements for future projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in events management, preferably within the luxury or corporate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets of £50,000+.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in design and logistics.
- Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends, as required by project demands.
