Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end event strategies for Fortune 500 clients, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences
- Manage $1M+ budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ creative and technical professionals across event lifecycles
- Develop innovative event technology integrations (AR/VR, live streaming, interactive platforms)
- Conduct post-event analysis and deliver actionable insights to enhance future initiatives
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with venues, suppliers, and industry influencers
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive event management experience with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record executing 50+ successful corporate events across diverse industries
- Expertise in Cvent, Eventbrite, and HubSpot event management platforms
- Strong crisis management skills with ability to troubleshoot high-pressure situations
- PMP or CEM certification preferred
- Exceptional project management with meticulous attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event designs and measurable impact
