Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of 15+ premium events annually (corporate galas, product launches, international conferences)
- Manage $2M+ event budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Oversee cross-functional teams including creative, production, and logistics partners
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and contingency plans for all event scenarios
- Leverage data analytics to measure event ROI and optimize future strategies
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and industry vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate/luxury event management with $500K+ budgets
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent
- Proven expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships across C-suite levels
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional crisis management skills with 5+ major event disruptions resolved
