Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for digital campaigns, brand collateral, and product packaging
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into strategic design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Stay current with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital campaigns, and print design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
- Demonstrated experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
