- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies using data insights
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams
- Mentor junior communications staff and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing communications experience in B2B tech
- Proven track record of award-winning campaigns and measurable ROI
- Expertise in crisis communications, PR strategy, and media relations
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with portfolio samples
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partnerships
