Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ premium annual events ($500K+ budget range)
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and logistics for diverse venue partners
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, tech, production) to ensure flawless execution
- Implement digital integration strategies including AR/VR experiences and live streaming
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and client satisfaction reporting
- Mentor junior staff and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with $250K+ budget experience
- Proven track record producing 50+ premium events (gala, festival, conference)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, risk mitigation, and crisis management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and execution excellence
- Ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously
