Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15+ premium corporate events annually (100-500 attendees) from conception to post-event analysis
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including AV, production, and creative partners
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Implement cutting-edge event technology (VR/AR, interactive installations, hybrid platforms)
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and client satisfaction reviews
- Maintain strategic relationships with premium venue partners and industry vendors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in high-end event management with corporate experience
- Proven track record of managing $500K+ budgets and 500+ attendee events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation required
- Expertise in hybrid event production and immersive technology integration
- Strong vendor management contract negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
