Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ high-profile events annually (500+ attendees)
- Manage $2M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical staff
- Develop innovative event technologies (AR/VR, interactive installations)
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium venues and vendors
- Implement post-event analytics and ROI measurement frameworks
- Maintain crisis management protocols for live events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate events management with luxury brand experience
- Proven success managing $500K+ budgets and 500+ attendee events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Eventbrite, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under high-pressure conditions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ viral-worthy event campaigns
