Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-profile corporate events, galas, and product launches for C-suite clients
- Manage $500K+ budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistics coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and hospitality partners
- Develop post-event analytics reports and ROI optimization strategies
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure compliance with venue regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with premium venue partners and suppliers
- Mentor junior staff and drive innovation in event technology integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration
- 7+ years of progressive experience in luxury event management
- Proven track record executing 50+ events with $250K+ budgets
- Certification in Event Management (CMP, CSEP) or equivalent
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to pivot under pressure
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and execution excellence
