Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of premium events from conception through execution
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and partners while maintaining budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and production specialists
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand objectives
- Oversee logistics, risk assessment, and on-site crisis management
- Implement post-event analytics and ROI reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 7+ years of experience producing corporate/luxury events ($500K+ budgets)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget forecasting
- Proven crisis management and problem-solving in high-pressure environments
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale successful events
