Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale corporate and experiential events.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts to ensure high ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and logistics, to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Direct on-site operations, including vendor management, technical production, and crisis resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium global clients and high-value stakeholders.
- Analyze post-event data and feedback to refine future strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end corporate event planning or agency environments.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and proven track record of managing seven-figure event budgets.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, or Salesforce).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for event site inspections and execution.
- Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring junior production staff.
