Responsibilities
- Design and execute premium corporate events with budgets up to £500K
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and talent agencies
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure flawless execution
- Develop post-event analytics and ROI reports for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients
- Manage crisis protocols during live events
- Mentor junior staff and implement best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior events management with corporate focus
- Proven experience managing £100K+ event budgets
- Strong vendor network in London and across Europe
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale events
- Fluency in English and another European language
